Disciplinary Manager At Mahindra Finance
The Disciplinary Manager at Mahindra Finance will be responsible to close disciplinary cases reported by the Regional HR in stipulated timelines by ensuring adherence to principles of natural justice.
What You’ll Do?
1. Drafting of disciplinary letters, viz., show cause, warning, suspension, termination, etc. and
timely dispatch to concerned stakeholders.
2. Coordinating with Regional HR to ensure timely closure of disciplinary cases.
3. Preparing SCN under PIP and ensuring timely closure of PIP Cases.
4. Creating MIS of disciplinary cases.
5. Sharing weekly trend analysis on disciplinary cases.
6. Ensuring the documents are stored in the Data Management System (DMS).
7. Imparting Training on Disciplinary Awareness. Creating informative communication to be
circulated to RHR / CHR on Disciplinary issues.
8. Providing guidance and resolving queries of Regional/Circle HR teams on processes and
procedures to monitor Disciplinary issues.
9. Timely submission of disciplinary case details to the FMR team.
10. Suggesting process change in consultation with various stakeholders.
What We Value?
- LLB background or MLS background
- 4 to 10 years of Experience
- MBA in HR
- Knowledge of Labour laws and legislation.
- Knowledge of compliances under various labour regulations.
