Key Account Manager At Mahindra Finance

The Key Account Manager at Mahindra Finance will be responsible to Retain & grow customer
relationships for a greater share of wallet while ensuring outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do?

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
  • Co-ordinate for pre-sales and post-sales processes and follow-ups.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing innovative solutions to meet & exceed expectations.
  • Ensure delivery of optimal products and services in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain
    trust.
  • Create continuous customer engagement programs to ensure top-of-mind recall for MMFSL
    product suite.
  • Prepare regular reports, MIS of progress and forecasts for all stakeholders using key account metrics.
