Telesales Manager At Mahindra Finance
- Managing end to end telesales for retail business.
- Managing call centre related activities – Training, Quality, reports interdepartmental coordination.
- Responsible for C-sat and compliance of the call centre.
What You’ll Do?
- Responsible for driving sales through Call centre.
- Generating required output from Digital sales.
- Responsible for hiring the right talent for call centre.
- Ensuring Service levels are always achieved.
- Responsible for TAT, post booking to car Delivery.
- Responsible for ongoing scheduling training & maintaining the right quality for the
process.
