Functional Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for a functional interview. This interview will be conducted by subject matter experts or hiring managers from the relevant department. The purpose is to evaluate your technical skills, knowledge, and ability to perform the job responsibilities.

HR Interview

Successful candidates from the functional interview will proceed to the HR interview stage. The HR interview aims to assess your overall suitability for the organization, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. It may also cover topics such as career aspirations, work ethics, and teamwork.

Step 6

Offer Letter

Following the completion of the HR interview, eligible candidates will receive an offer letter. The offer letter will outline the terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, start date, and other relevant details.
