Product Manager At Mahindra Finance
The Product Manager at Mahindra Finance will be responsible for End to End product lifecycle management, alongwith streamlining and digitizing SME Lending processes.
What You’ll Do? - Drive and design entire product life cycle management for new as well as existing products in the SME vertical- Research both primary as well as secondary, competitive analysis, understanding customer needs and Industry, developing process note/product note with stakeholder management and Product launch.
- Designing and implementing SME sales processes from quality, risk and credit perspectives. Periodic review and end to end ownership of process upgradations. RBI regulations compliance from a product & process perspective.
- Write BRDs and product wireframes for SME products.
- Should have worked on LOS/LMS implementation projects in banks, NBFCs or Fintechs.
- 2+ years of SME business/Corporate Lending or Retail LAP experience in product or business development (products like LAP, Supply chain Finance, Business Loans etc) mandatory.
- Understanding on end-to-end Loan lifecycle
- Project Management experience and understanding of Agile methodology would be an
added advantage (Incumbent is expected to use Jira software to manage the on-going
projects) - Working on vertical strategy roadmap and playing integral role in development of
collaterals to address strategic requirements from various stakeholders like Sector
strategy team, Group CFO, Board of Directors etc. - Working with various Fintech’s, partnerships and alliances for co-lending or new
product development - Facilitating sales team by sharpening customer/industry segments/planning & strategy
to scale up productivity in geographies, products etc. - Working on analytics dashboard to monitor quality as well as driving new business.
- Build and develop cross sell internal customer database. Develop strategy to deepen
relationship hooks with this database. - Liaison with Learning and Development team to ensure 100% process adherence.
What We Value?
Engineering background with an MBA degree is preferable with experience in Business
development/credit of 2 years.
